Metalloid supplies a turnkey system for coil manufacturers, specializing in fin stamping, tube bending, expanding and return bend fluids. Metalloid provides a line of return bend and coil cleaners, heat exchanger tube bending, clam-shell fluids and a general line of sheet metal forming lubricants.

Fin Stamping Lubricants Metalloid has an advanced line of fin stamping, vanishing, straight oil and synthetic technologies. Metalloid's vanishing fluids are wettable, paintable and miscible with R-22, R-134-A and 400 series refrigerants. Formulations are available in all chemical families that draw fin collars from 2 F.P.I. to 22 F.P.I.

Tube Bending and Expanding Lubricants
Metalloid's tube bending and expanding lubricants are designed for non-cleaning systems. Metalloid has straight oil and synthetic fluids designed to be left in the tubes and are miscible with R-22 refrigerants. We have advanced technologies for the new generation refrigerants such as R-134-A and 400 series. These advanced products are miscible without cleaning.

Return Bends and Coil Cleaners Metalloid has developed a complete line of aqueous cleaners for vibrating U-bend and coil cleaning. Metalloid vibratory cleaners clean and brighten copper U-bends for hassle free brazing between tubes. Our coil cleaners are developed for both spray and immersion cleaning systems. Depending on your cleaning requirements, our cleaners are designed to either emulsify or reject tramp oils. Our cleaners are designed for both copper and aluminum coils.

Heat Exchanger Tube and Forming Fluids
Metalloid has synthetic technologies for both tube and clam-shell heat exchangers. These products may not have to be cleaned because the residue is ashless. In most cases, cleaning will be eliminated in test firing of the units.

Sheet Metal and End Sheet Stamping

Metalloid's general sheet metal fluids are available in vanishing and synthetic solutions. Metalloid has products for light non-cleaning applications and heavy-duty drain pan formulations.

Vacuum Pump Lubricants Metalloid manufactures both oil and synthetic-based vacuum pump oils. The synthetic vacuum pump oil is miscible with new refrigerants.
